2. Tour and Service Bookings
The following conditions apply to refunds for tour and service bookings:

Cancellations by You:
- 30 days or more prior to the scheduled service date: 60% refund of the total booking cost may be offered.
- Between 15 and 29 days prior to the scheduled service date: 30% refund of the total booking cost may be offered.
- Less than 15 days prior to the scheduled service date or no-show: No refund will be provided.
- Specific Tour/Service Variations: Please note that certain tours or services may have different cancellation and refund policies due to agreements with third-party providers. These variations will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

Cancellations by OnTour Golf PH:
- In the event that OnTour Golf PH cancels a tour or service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inclement weather making the activity unsafe, force majeure events, insufficient participants), you will be offered the following options:
- A full refund of the amount paid.
- The option to reschedule the tour or service for a mutually agreed-upon date, subject to availability.
- A credit for future bookings with OnTour Golf PH of equal value.
- In the event that OnTour Golf PH cancels a tour or service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inclement weather making the activity unsafe, force majeure events, insufficient participants), you will be offered the following options:

Modifications by You:
- Requests for modifications to bookings such as date changes, changes in the number of participants are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate modification requests, but cannot guarantee them. If a modification results in a lower price, a refund for the difference may or may not be provided at our discretion, depending on the timing of the request and the specifics of the booking.
3. Product Purchases
The following conditions apply to refunds for product purchases made through the Website:

Damaged or Defective Products:
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the item, providing photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
- Upon verification, we will offer you the option of a full refund, a replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or a store credit of equivalent value.
- We may require you to return the damaged or defective product to us at our expense.

Returns for Other Reasons:
- Returns for reasons other than damage or defect may be accepted at our discretion within 3 days of your receipt of the product, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all original tags and accessories.
- A restocking fee of 20% may apply to such returns.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, a refund (minus any restocking fee and original shipping costs) will be processed.
